Situated in the beautiful French countryside our exclusive carp lake is just waiting to be discovered by all truly dedicated carp anglers. It’s bursting with top quality carp, many in excess of 30lbs, and we just can’t wait to show it to you. Our trips leave Norwich on a Sunday between 5 - 6 am, Dartford 7 - 8 am and Dover 9 - 10 am (secure parking available), in one of our air conditioned people carriers, letting you relax and watch a DVD or play the XBOX. The journey down takes around 3 hrs through the rolling country side of France, stopping half way for refreshments. All tackle and bait is carefully transported in our custom made boxed trailer. On arrival (around 4 pm local time) you will be greeted at the gate by our on site Lake Escapes bailiff (Kelvin) and given a tour of the lake by your Lake Escapes guide, after which a draw for swims takes place.
The site has full toilet (English) / shower facilities with a small tackle / gift shop that also sell basics, water etc. For that larger purchase the main shops are only a short distance away. All accommodation is bivvies as there is no other camping allowed on the lake.

Your tackle will then be delivered to your swim and to make things simple we also provide bivvies, three legged bed chairs, external chair, unhooking mat, weigh sling, landing net, 5 kilo pellets, 2 kilo hook baits, a brew pack that includes (kettle, cool bag, mug, tea spoon, unlimited tea, coffee, sugar and milk, and stove). Fishing commences as soon as you are ready and your guide will be on hand to help get you started.
Our Lake Escape guide will be on hand for the rest of the week to help as much as you require, but from here in it is down to you. With over 11 tons of mirror, commons and leather carp just about to top the 60 pound mark and averaging 25 +, the next seven days of fishing is sure to be some of the best you will ever experience. Sleeping in bivvies right on your swim means you'll get to fish 24hrs a day, and not miss a single second of the action.
On the last day, your loan tackle is required back by 10.30am, all your own tackle is to be packed and ready for pickup around 11.30am, leaving the lake by 12.00pm. the return journey should see us back to the port of Dover around 4.30pm (pending on traffic & ferry times) drop off a 5pm secure parking Dover, 7 - 8 pm Dartford and 9 - 10 pm Norwich.

Overnight ferry from Portsmouth - Overnight ferry from Portsmouth means that you leave Portsmouth around 23:00 on the Saturday and arrive around 06:00 French time, arriving on the lake at around 07.30 Sunday morning. This is only available to full trips and is per vehicle. from £ 300
